Cousins, cousins, cousins!

Lucie made her first visit to the Kringel clan on our way home from Thanksgiving. We all lounged around Joel and Krista's awesome game room. Then had an impromptu birthday party for May, with a GIANT Buzz Lightyear pinata. I guess Santa Maria is a good place to be if you're looking for a pinata! Ole!

1st Thanksgiving

Lucie had her first Thanksgiving down at Grandma and Grandpa's in Northridge. Surprisingly, it was chilly down there, so we stayed cozy inside. Lucie tried her first taste of meat at Thanksgiving - turkey, of course! She liked it, but couldn't get enough of Tahoe, Tyler and Michelle's dog. The love was reciprocated through lots and lots of puppy kisses. Ewww!

Tooth-hurty!

Well, as I suspected (ouch!), Lucie is getting her first tooth! We thought we saw a little piece of white on her lower gum last week, and then I couldn't see it again, so I thought we were just imaging things. But, the tooth definitely popped out this week. Just in time for Thanksgiving! As with most things new, Lucie hasn't let her new tooth faze her. No sleepless nights and not too much crying. She's a little more sensitive this week, but easily consolable. She's a champ! Now, to flossing and brushing...
